Shipping & Returns

Dispatch time can take up to 2 weeks for some items. Please check the product listing for an accurate dispatch time as it may vary depending on the product. This also applies for express delivery on some items. 

- Free standard delivery over £100 

- Standard delivery £3.50 (3-5 working days) 

- Express delivery £7 (Fast tracked, 1-2 working days)

International (Europe) £12 (7 working days)

Rest of the world £20-£40 (7-21 working days)

Customers are required to pay for import fees if these occur.

 

Please note, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.  If your item is faulty and has been within 30 days of receiving the product please email us at the.gifted.sisters@outlook.com and we will get this sorted for you. You are welcome to exchange the item if you have changed your mind however you will need to pay delivery fees.
